Bullmastiffs are mostly active at home so it can be stored in a smaller residence, provided they have access to some of the outdoor space. He should be given at least one good walk per day. If they deny it they can develop unwanted behaviors like boredom chewing.
The importance of training the dog to walk on a lead and obey their masters can not be overstated - mastiff interesting is like trying to hold a giant - impossible and potentially very dangerous. They also have to let their masters through the doors and other entrances first.
